Restaurant Revitalization Fund Grant Highlights
Grant Sizes
From $1,000 to $5 million per location. Grants are based on the drop in revenue minus PPP loans received.
Use of Funds
Grant money must be used on eligible expenses before March 11, 2023. Unused funds must be returned.
No Repayment
Grants do NOT have to be repaid if used for eligible expenses. These include most normal operating costs.
Qualifying
Different than most SBA programs, businesses do not have to show positive cashflow or income.
Eligibility
Most food and beverages businesses are eligible. Businesses are eligible even if started in 2020 or 2021.
Timing
The SBA intends to review and decide on grant approvals within 2 weeks of application submission.
